1.符合我区主导产业发展且属于世界500强、中国500强、央企、上市公司、知名民企等行业龙头企业直接投资的工业类招商引资项目，根据项目实际发展需要，统筹安排工业（含仓储）用地并通过“招、拍、挂”方式，以挂牌起始价公开出让。区政府视情况对企业基础设施建设进行奖补。

3.供地项目每年实际缴纳亩均税收原则上应不低于15万元/亩（其中家居产业链上下游强链补链项目最少应不低于5万元/亩），并据此设立每年缴纳税收（仅指企业所得税和增值税）基数，由区财政根据企业对地方经济的贡献兑现“三免两减半”政策。
